1Acceptance
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of mru.space and its subdomains (the “Site”), operated by Binns Pte. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full, including the analytics and consent terms in Section 2. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site.
2Analytics, cookies, and your consent
The Site does not display a cookie consent banner. Consent is given by use: by loading any page of the Site, you expressly consent to all data collection, cookie and local storage use, and processing described in this Section.
The Site uses Google Analytics 4 (property
G-6BT77YW84T), provided by Google LLC and its affiliates
(“Google”). The Google tag loads on every page and begins collecting
immediately on page load, with no prior prompt. Google Consent Mode signals are set to
granted by default on the Site, meaning no measurement or advertising
feature is withheld or throttled.
You consent to the collection, storage, transmission, and processing of, without limitation:
- Cookies and similar storage — first-party analytics cookies
(including
_gaand related identifiers), local storage, and session storage set on your device, and any Google-set identifiers associated with them. - Usage and event data — pages viewed, referring URL, entry and exit pages, session start and duration, scroll depth, outbound link clicks, file downloads (including the whitepaper PDF), site search, video engagement, form interactions, and any other event captured by GA4 enhanced measurement or by custom events we configure.
- Device and technical data — IP address (used by Google for approximate geolocation and then discarded or truncated per Google’s practices), user agent, browser and operating system, device type, screen and viewport size, language, and time zone.
- Approximate location — country, region, and city derived from your IP address.
- Campaign and attribution data — UTM and other query parameters
present in the URL you arrive on, including the community-attribution parameter
?c=described below, plus referrer and channel grouping. - Google signals and advertising features — where you have enabled
Ads Personalization in your Google account, cross-device and cross-session
association, demographic and interest inference (age range, gender, affinity and
in-market segments), remarketing audience membership, and advertising reporting
features. You consent to
ad_storage,ad_user_data, andad_personalization. - Attribution measurement — the Site also loads Madruga, which records which community or channel a visit came from. It records a click event and its source. It does not fingerprint you, set a third-party cookie, or collect personal data.
Data collected is transmitted to and processed by Google on servers that may be located outside your country of residence, including in the United States and other jurisdictions. You consent to that transfer and processing. Google’s handling of this data is governed by its own terms and policies, including the Google Privacy Policy and Google Business Data Responsibility pages.
We use this data to understand traffic and audience, measure the reach of our publications, improve the Site, and inform our communications. We do not sell it.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. The Site does not honour Do Not Track or GPC browser signals. These signals are not a recognised opt-out mechanism for the Site and will not suppress collection.
If you do not consent, do not use the Site. Declining is exercised by leaving. You can additionally limit collection at your end by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, by blocking scripts or cookies in your browser or with an extension, by adjusting Ads Personalization in your Google account, or by browsing in a private window.
Note for visitors in the EU, EEA, UK, and Switzerland. Laws in these jurisdictions generally require freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous opt-in consent, obtained before non-essential cookies are set or analytics scripts run. The Site does not implement a prior opt-in mechanism, and continued use is treated as consent under these Terms. If you are subject to those laws and are not willing to accept collection on this basis, do not use the Site.
To ask what we hold about you, or to request deletion, email contact@mru.space. Note that GA4 data is pseudonymous and aggregated; we may be unable to isolate a specific individual’s records.
